FENCE SPONSORSHIP >
Package Includes:
- The sponsor name will be allocated to a specific fence with banner or dressing displayed if suitable (supplied by the sponsor)
- The live commentator will mention the sponsors name when mentioning the fence throughout the event
- Acknowledgement in the programme
- Privileged parking

FENCE - WATER-JUMP (Central to Activity)
Package Includes:
- The sponsor name will be allocated to the Water-Jump
- The live commentator will mention the sponsors name when mentioning the fence throughout the event
- Sponsors Banner displayed
- 2 seats at the Corporate Entertainment Formal Lunch (*further seats may be purchased separately)
- Use of private hospitality & viewing area
- Inclusion in press package
- Acknowledgement in the programme
- Colour Ad in the programme
- Privileged parking

NOTES TO SPONSORS:
i) *Seats for the Formal Lunch on Sunday, 27th April 08, can be purchased by sponsors only at £70.00+vat per person.

ii) Seats for the Buffet Lunch on Saturday, 26th April 08, can be purchased by sponsors & spectators at £25.00+vat per person, in advance or on the day, space permitting. Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis unless booked in advance

iii) Banner/s (if applicable) need to be supplied by the sponsor to the venue, by the 21st April 08, and need to meet fixing requirements - for further information please call Len Caskey on 07752613115

iv) Print ready Artwork for Ads in the programme, should to be provided by the sponsor, by the 4th April 08 to Jane McCarthy on: jane.mac1@ntlworld.com

v) Payment for Sponsorship should be sent to: Ballygraffan International Horse Trials, 144, High Street, Holywood, County Down, N. Ireland BT18 9HS by 18th April 2008 (cheque made payable to: Ballygraffan Horse Trials)
