The Event:

Ballygraffan International Horse Trials now enters its fifth year, and the event moves from strength to strength both in terms of a sporting competition and as a great day out. The superb world-class course designed by internationally renowned Hugh Lochore and built by the Willis Brothers, of Badminton and Olympic fame, is set in the Strangford Lough Conservation Area in the picturesque undulating drumlin country of Co. Down.

There are many and varied opportunities for sponsorship & hospitality suitable for businesses and individuals. There are significant branding possibilities throughout the event and the Corporate Hospitality Marquee is perfectly positioned to capture great views of the events whilst enjoying quality hospitality.

The 2-day event falls on the weekend 26th/27th April 2008. International & local riders will attend, and will participate in Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross-Country CIC* (one star) & CIC** (2 star) as well as pony CNCP** class competitions.

This year the course has many significant developments with an additional 16 acres extending the cross country course and the addition of 17 new fences. The successful Market Village area will return and has proved to have something for everyone with extra activities for the kids this year. The fancy-dress Charity Fun Run will entertain the crowds during the course change on Sunday as usual.

This event provides an ideal day-out for all…corporate groups, horse enthusiasts and spectators alike, to enjoy the entertainment of this challenging and exciting competition whilst partaking of the hospitality and a fun day out.
